email Guy ClaphamAdmitted as a solicitor in 1979. He founded the practice in its present location in 1982, advising commercial clients in all areas of their operation. He is an expert litigator having gained broad experience particularly in the fields of company / commercial disputes, commercial property and landlord and tenant work.
He also has considerable judicial experience having sat as a deputy district judge for over ten years in the London county courts and the Supreme Court Costs Office and is a member of Resolution (the association of family lawyers).

  • GEORGE CSELKO PARTNER

Joined the firm in March 2011, George has been based in the West End since 1998 (a partner between 2003-10). Formerly a barrister, he has high court rights of audience as a solicitor advocate. He has developed a broad expertise in Litigation/ Mediation, Landlord & Tenant including enfranchisement/lease extensions/rights to manage, Commercial/Residential Conveyancing, and Wills.

• Governor of an independent school at which his wife teaches and three daughters are pupils.

  • LUCY EWART - JAMES ASSOCIATE

Lucy graduated from Edinburgh University with a Masters in Religion and Social Anthropology. Whilst a trainee, Lucy completed seats in Property, Litigation, Family and Private Client. She was admitted as a solicitor in August 2009 and joined Guy Clapham and Co in November 2010 as an associate.

Lucy works on a broad range of matters for both private and business clients to include property litigation, transactional property work, family and probate matters.

email Andrew VeitchAndrew has both a Law Degree and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice, from which he obtained valuable in-depth research skills. Prior to joining Guy Clapham & Co as a trainee, he worked for British Telecom Plc's property department, where he was involved in large scale disposals of BT's property portfolio.

Since joining Guy Clapham & Co, he has developed expertise in private client legal services including residential conveyancing and advice on wills, probate and trusts and family issues as well as in relation to personal injury claims. He is a panel member of the London Cycling Campaign and has substantial, and personal knowledge of cycling related claims. He was made a partner in 2004 and became a consultant in 2011
