We set out to provide prompt and commercially realistic advice that reduces the risk of a dispute arising, and the expensive and time consuming litigation that often follows as a result. We will explain and discuss the various business and legal choices available to clients and the consequences of implementation.

Nevertheless, should we and our clients come to the view that our clients’ property or other interests are under threat, we will, after careful discussion with our clients, take such steps as may be necessary to protect those interests, using the many resources at our disposal, including those of other specialist professionals.
