If you are unfortunate enough to suffer injury as a result of a road traffic accident, in the workplace or through negligence or incompetent medical care, whilst money can never fully compensate for such things, we will, nevertheless, ensure that you receive the financial compensation to which you are legally entitled. Damages cover not only such matters as pain and suffering but also loss of earning capacity, increased costs of care and travelling, re-training, inability to carry out leisure pursuits and every other matter which is likely, whether directly or indirectly, to affect your post-injury quality of life.

We will fully investigate the circumstances of your injury, obtain factual, medical and expert evidence where necessary, and ensure that this is presented so as to achieve fair and appropriate compensation for you. If such compensation cannot be achieved by negotiation then, having advised you of the options available to you, we will pursue your claim through the Courts with vigour.

With the introduction of “conditional fee” arrangements we are able to enter into litigation on your behalf without the usual outlays normally associated with Court action, even if you are ineligible for Legal Aid. Because of our skill, experience and quality of service in this field we are on the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and are therefore able to offer insurance to cover potential liability for the other side’s costs.
