Wills Trust and Probate
Making a Will
The importance of making a will cannot be overstated. We will ensure that your wealth passes to your loved ones and those who need it most. Wills can also be used to mitigate substantial tax liabilities arising both before and after death by, for instance, the setting up of a trust or settlement.
Assisting Relatives
We can also assist in advising where relatives are unable to manage their affairs, in making applications for orders from the Court of Protection or arranging for the preparation of Powers of Attorney. When death occurs we can apply to the Court for grants allowing the executors or administrators to wind up and distribute the estate.
Administration of Estates
We can deal with obtaining any grant of representation that may be required including completing any IHT return to minimise any IHT liability, discharging estate liabilities and realising and distributing the estate to the beneficiaries in accordance with the deceased’s wishes.
